Our Cooperative Model is hinged on developing community champions. We therefore identify resource persons within the communities and transform them into leaders, Managers and Educators through our mentorship programs, Human Resource Development Workshops and the first of a kind “Local Development Schools” In a nutshell, we do not import human resource, build human resource to build their communities.
